The Leduc and District Regional Waste Management Facility is located at 49444 Range Road 244, Leduc County. The Facility is currently operated by GFL Environmental Inc. by contract.
The Leduc and District Regional Waste Management Commission has implemented a Card System, where users accessing the facility need to apply for a card to present at the scale house upon entry. This Card Program assists the facility with tracking users of the facility and the quantity of waste disposed of.
Scavenging in any area of the facility is strictly prohibited.
The Leduc and District Regional Waste Management Facility operates under Alberta Environment Approval #47073-01-00 and can only accept waste permitted in a Class II Facility. Below is a list of prohibited wastes and restricted wastes that require special handling.
